ABOUT THE SAUCE
A garage. A grow light. A garden full of peppers that nobody wanted to touch. That's where The Sauce was born.
We started with one rule: never sell a sauce we wouldn’t eat by the spoonful. Every bottle is mixed, simmered, and bottled by hand in micro batches no bigger than 200 units. No fillers. No gums. No fake heat.
Our chilies come from small farms we’ve shaken hands with. Our recipes come from late-night kitchen experiments and friends willing to suffer for science. Every label tells you the heat, the scoville, and the truth.
Today, The Sauce is on tables, in food trucks, and tucked into hot sauce drawers across the country. We’re still small. We plan to stay that way.
Fresh & Clean
All of our produce is fresh from the source. Local first. dummy namet Hot Sauce is always free of preservatives, added sugars or fillers.
Cooking Technique
We take time to roast our peppers, leaving them juicy, caramelized, and just a little smoky. We blend and cook everything in small batches, allowing enough time for all flavors and textures to emulsify. In the end, every ingredient shines to its fullest potential.
Real Heat
We use whole peppers, never powdered shortcuts. The burn is honest
